Question: What cheap travel site lets you see the best deals from your city without date and destination restrictions?
I'm trying to find great travel deals from Denver and I don't care about dates or destination. I just want to see the least expensive. Every site I see makes me enter dates and destination which hinders finding the absolutely cheapest vacation. When I entered "anywhere" in one site, I got a $6000 trip to Aomori.

Answer: I would suggest trying Southwest.com. they are generally the cheapest and they don't work with any of the online travel agents like travelocity, or expedia. I would suggest a flight from denver to Las Vegas if you are trying to save money.. if you dont gamble its a pretty cheap place to stay and eat and theres a lot of free shows and stuff to see out on the strip.

Question: Where is the best place to find cheap travel deals?
My boyfriend and I want to go on a vacation in March, but can't overspend.

Answer: www.skyscanner.net has the low cost airlines (charters) that are the cheaptest ones.

Question: Which websites have good last minute travel deals?
I'm looking for an inexpensive vacation for the Labor Day weekend. Most interested in Las Vegas, San Francisco, or Key West but will consider others too. Which websites have good last minute deals?

Answer: i think to see all last minute deals on all websites there is one unique website that u should definitely try is
http://farechase.yahoo.com
it scans all big or small travel websites within a minute and shows the lowest rates of the flights , plus u can also search for hotel in the destination that you are flying to. Instead of checking all those websites written above in other ppl's answers, just try this addy and u wont believe what u see, bet u will love it and add it to your favorites right away.

Question: What is the best Orlando Travel deal?
I was wondering if anyone knows of any great deals for a vacation in orlando florida? I'm trying to take my kids on a great vacation but still be reasonable with prices. I've done a bit of research and found one:
http://whitecaplg.com/special/view/5

Do you guys think this a great vacation deal or know of anything even better?

Answer: The deal is that you will have to sit through a 90 minute presentation where they will try to sell you property. It sounds like you are single, but if you aren't, they may not make the reservation if your spouse doesn't come along. I used to go on these about once a year and I found the following phrase very helpful:

"I go on these all the time. I never buy."

In Whistler, BC, that stopped the hard-sell in it's tracks in the first 5 minutes. It's a bargain.

A couple years ago I toured a Disney property just to get a special ticket that would allow me to get to the front of the lines.

Question: Is there a travel website that shows you deals based on your departure city?
I'm not sure where I want to go but I am on a budget.... is there anywhere that shows you last minute vacations based on where you are leaving from?

Answer: Well, I travel quite a bit. The very best deals I have ever gotten were through Spirit Airlines. Sign up on their site and get a weekly listing (by departure city) of what is on sale. The catch with them is that they charge you $10.00 per bag. I travel light and use a backpack so I'm good. the site is:
http://www.spiritair.com/welcome.aspx?pg=salesinformation&number=580

the other catch is you HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE with dates. All deals are during time when people do not generally travel. My job happens to be very flexible and I jump when I see a deal... happy traveling!

Question: What's the best vacation deal or Travel agent to Belize?

Answer: Norwegian Cruise lines recently advertised a 7 day cruise "ocean view" from Houston that stopped in Belize. It was $399.00 for cruise only. This would give you a chance to visit and find a local in Belize to give you advice.

Question: When booking a trip should I search for last minute deals online or should I go through a travel agent?
My friend and I have spontaneously decided to go on a spur of the moment vacation within the next few weeks. We are both students who have not traveled much and don't know if it would be better to go through a travel agent or find something online. We are looking for something affordable and safe but do not know where to begin. Help!

Answer: Both, Always price check!

Question: Travel guide or do it yourself?
For planning vacations, including overseas, do you get better travel deals by using a travel agent who finds deals for you...or by researching and putting it together on your own?

Answer: I would say a package tour. I just started traveling last year, and I used EF College Break. They were really good and they take care of all the details for you. All you pay for is lunch and dinner, since the package tour includes round trip airfare and hotels and a tour director. So it was pretty cool that I did not have to worry about anything and just have fun. You should check it out. I think its only for people 18-26 though since it is a student subsidized travel thing. So basically, you do the tourist thing one morning with them, and then you are free to explore and experience. Oh, and if you decide to use them I recently got a promo code for them at this fair. it is HESSELN1188 and it saves you like an extra $100. You should see if it works for you. I had lots of fun on my trip. (I went to France!) You just book online. Um, just google ef college break and you should find it. Its the cheapest way to travel, I've found so far-and I've looked for a long time. Also they have a pricing guarantee, so if you do find it cheaper anywhere else, they will match the price.

Question: Is there a website where I can find vacations by which airport I am departing from and sort them by price?
I am not sure where we want to go but all the vacation deals I am finding are cheap based on leaving from a specific airport but then get drastically more expensive based on leaving from my home airport (Charlotte). I have been trying to find a website where I can look at various options for vacations based on my travel dates, without having to select a destination airport, as I'm not sure where we want to go, we just want to make sure we get a good deal. Any help is very much appreciated!

Answer: I believe that http://www.kayak.com had a feature like that.

Question: Is there a website where you can enter your travel dates and type of vacation(ie. carribean), and find deals?
All sites seem to offer deals but not for specific dates. frustrating.

Answer: orbitz, travelocity, lastminutedeals, cheaptickets
